Editing Page Content

In the central page content section, you’ll find a title section , which consists of the section/chapter name, which you’ll need to update manually, and the page title. which again needs to be filled out manually, but is likely to be a repeat of the Notion document title above.

Then below the divider, you’ve got space to fill in the content. You may find that there’s some placeholder content, such as this highlighted info box and FAQ dropdown but that can be deleted to give a blank page to work with, or edited to incorporate your own content.

Working within the body of the page itself is relatively straightforward and should hopefully feel not too disimilar to a work or google doc. The main difference being that in order to access formatting options such as Headings, Bullet Lists, column options, images or charts, you need to start the line with a forward slash ( / ) - once you know the name of the formatting or command you require you can start to type it in order for it to appear as a shortlist option.

Don’t worry too much about the formatting of each page, as the design team will have access to and oversight of all the document and contents, the important thing for you and the rest of your team or department is to get the relevant information onto the page and into coherent document structure.
