Our Goals for Tatton
At Tatton, we will create a market leading Farmshop. As we have done at Tebay, Gloucester and Cairn Lodge, it will support the local economy and community. It will build on our history, our farming roots and focus on the ‘terroir’ - local food and craft producers, whilst celebrating excellence from further afield.We will target both a local customer base to become their food and lifestyle destination of choice and the more disparate MSA customers. The focus on local customers is a change of approach for the business.Our goal is to have complete food offer that delights our customers, within an innovative environment and to offer that reflects our ambition for the next 20 years.We will design a space that meets the commercial needs of the business whilst creating space for new offers and points of difference.
