- This station is not working in clearly showing its offer due to the food not being visible. We want to focus on the visual aspect prior to reverting to digital or kiosk solutions. Five Guys and other operators have managed to achieve this challenge.
- Waffles and some other breakfast items will also be added to improve the day-part split.
- Review trading hours of quick kitchen/pie shop, to drive sales to this station.

- Continuously review labour costs and station-level efficiency, Balancing operational effectiveness with sales growth. Including a review of opening times of each station.
- Budget wage margin for next year is currently at 23.7% but averages out across both sites to 21.8%, equaling Gloucester.

- Replace the Quick Kitchen with a new ‘Pie Shop’ station, applying learnings around: Clear, defined product ranges that compliment the other stations, rather than repetition.
